The Fresh Food offering in Herlihy’s is unique in that we are Passionate about Freshness. We invest a lot of time and effort into developing new recipe ideas and meal solutions which we market under the Herlihy Kitchen brand.
These products are made from scratch in our custom built kitchens and bakery in Fermoy. The Fermoy store is now responsible for production for all seven stores, ensuring we bring Freshness and quality to our customers on a daily basis.

With our full scratch Bakery, we are baking fresh crusty breads from 5am to bring the freshest of products to our customers when we open our doors every morning.
We also make all the fresh cakes, buns, donuts, tarts, and all the other delights you see in store each day.

We are continually catering for changing lifestyles and provide a range of takeaway dinners which are of the quality you would expect from a home cooked meal.
At 6am each day staff come in to start hand preparing Sandwiches, Salad Bowl's and Self-Serve Hot sections.
